Nathalie’s Bio

Nathalie dedicated her life to the arts and movement.

Trained as a dancer at L’École Supérieure de Danse de Québec, Nathalie graduated under the tutelage of Daniel Seillier, a graduate of The Paris Opera Ballet School, National Ballet of Canada teacher and recipient of the Order of Canada.  She danced in Montréal, but her career was cut short due to an injury. She continued her performing career in Musical Theatre and was privileged to join the Canadian company of Phantom of the Opera in leading roles with both the Toronto and Touring cast.

Her love of movement and teaching, along with her desire to help others understand movement, become stronger, more flexible and live better in their body and mind, has led Nathalie to continue her studies in postural rehabilitation, anatomy and physiology, therapeutic stretching, yoga studies and mindfulness in movement.  Nathalie opened The Fitness Table studio in Calgary in 1996, has been involved with University of Calgary, Alberta Ballet Company and School, Elementary schools and Yoga Studios.

She loves to help athletes, dancers and many people of all walks of life with injury recovery while increasing their skill level and performance ability.  Nathalie has been teaching core strengthening classes, yoga, ballet and mindfulness in movement, for over 25 years and enjoys being part of people’s journey to reaching their goals.

Nathalie has a beautiful family that she loves and is thankful to always be surrounded by wonderful friends and family.
