Spring is here and summer is around the corner…


The Fitness Table will be hosting 2 FREE one hour info sessions to introduce you to Certified Health Coach Colton Fortner who I’ve had the pleasure to meet and work with here at the studio.

Come and join Colton as he shares his knowledge about Health and Wellness to help you feel rejuvenated for all your spring and summer activities and a longer- lasting life.  I will also be collaborating with him in some of the sessions.

He will be conducting an 8-week Health Education program to a small group of people who are interested in learning about health-related issues, things to avoid, and what you can do when your health takes a turn for the worst.


Here’s a sneak peek of what will be included in these sessions:
